Scott Disickis hoping his back injury can be healed with a little more physical activity.
In Thursday’s episode ofThe Kardashians, the 40-year-old revealed that he “gained a lot of weight” due to his ongoing back injury aftergetting into a frightening car accidentlast year.
Disick, whoshares three kidswith exKoutney Kardashian Barkerand has long been part of the Kardashian family, admitted that he’s “barely mobile” because his injury has gotten “worse over time.”
“Since the car accident, everything has changed. I haven’t been able to run around, I’ve gained weight,” he said asKhloé Kardashianurged him to start physical therapy.
During the episode, Khloé, 39, takes Disick to a sports rehabilitation center to receive results of an MRI on his back.
“You’re on the cusp of potentially needing surgery,” one of the workers tells him. “Good news is you can save it without doing surgery but you have to really be locked in. you have a little window but it’s closing.”
The worker then asked what Disick did for fun before the car accident when he replied, “sex.”
“I’m happy to commit to this and maybe on my 40th birthday, maybe me and you…” Disick added.
“Maybe you bumped your head,” Khloé quipped.

In August 2022, Disick suffered minor injuries after a car accident in Calabasas, California.
According to areleaseat the time from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Information Bureau at, deputies from the Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff’s Station responded to an incident involving the father-of-three. Officials arrived on the scene and “contacted the driver, Scott Disick, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle.”
