Raquel Levissisn’t moving forward with her restraining order againstVanderpump RulescostarScheana Shay.
Additionally, a March 29 court date, in which Leviss could have requested to make her temporary restraining order permanent, has been removed from the court’s calendar, court officials say — though as of Friday evening, the court date remains on the online docket.
Leviss' restraining order against Shay came after Leviss allegedShay punched herduring an argument on March 2.Shay has deniedthe accusations.
A source with knowledge of the situation tells PEOPLE that Leviss' legal team had worked with Shay’s legal team prior to the reunion to work out a mutually acceptable resolution, but that a settlement agreement was never met.
“Production was aware that Raquel wanted to drop the TRO so that she and Scheana could film together,” the source said. “Raquel was hoping they could agree that their argument escalated and got physical, but that there was no fault and that they wouldn’t speak about it after the reunion. But Scheana’s team wanted Raquel to say the punch never happened, and Raquel wouldn’t say that. So talks came to a standstill.”

“The paperwork hadn’t been filed yet, but it was Raquel’s attempt to show Scheana that she wanted this whole thing to end and was taking the steps to end it,” the source tells PEOPLE.
However, Shay’s attorney Naema Rahmani doubted the legitimacy of the legal papers from Leviss, whose birth name is Rachel.
“Rachel had Andy ‘serve’ Scheana with a document during the reunion, but the papers have no legal meaning,” Rahmani told PEOPLE in a statement Friday. “It was a request to dismiss a complaint or a civil lawsuit, but Rachel had requested a permanent restraining order, which is something completely different.”
Leviss won’t be able to negate the TRO ahead of its expiration date per “California law and even on the court’s website,” Rahmani added. “Even if Rachel had the correct document, which she didn’t, it wasn’t filed with the court.”

“Obviously it was an intense day for everyone involved — especially Raquel and Tom, who were at the center of a very loud, very enraged firing squad,” a source tells PEOPLE of the reunion, said to air later this spring.
Both Leviss and Sandoval were photographed filming outside on Thursday, wearing head-to-toe black. The source notes that at the reunion, “[Tom] and Raquel both apologized to Ariana, though she wasn’t in an emotional place to accept their sorries.”
The day ended without any sense of resolution," the insider add. “It’ll be interesting to see whether this group ever truly forgives them, but stranger things have happened.”
