The 6th one-year fete will screen 20 picture show at the renowned Cinerama Theatre in Seattle , Washington in early 2011 .
EMP|SFM , in partnership with the Seattle International Film Festival ( SIFF ) , is further original and creative skill fiction film meekness 15 minutes or shorter in duration for the fete . The festival will accept original entranceway created no earlier than January 2006 .
