It ’s probably the young “ NIMH ” would immix live - action and animation in the manner of “ Alvin & the Chipmunks ” and other kiddie hybrids .
So get ready for a CG crumb story that will obliterate an renovate classic . concede , the original went quite astray from the original book — but it was still , at its center , a great animated fantasy tale that still holds up today , and I do n’t think really needs a remake with naturalistic rats . What about Brian Jacques ’ Martin the Warrior , that still merit a large Hollywood fictionalise with proper support . Do n’t be afraid to take a peril , movie Jehovah .
