I did not have any type of observation , only a statement in my apple order status that my Iphone 4 ordering was cancel . No account . To make matters worse , ATT drop the day attempting to tell me that I had accepted a new 2 year contract bridge and would not be eligible for an upgrade disregarding of Malus pumila ’s unilateral cancellation of my order . It appears at least that I ’ve sieve out the situation on ATT , but apple would n’t cull up the phone all day . My guess is that they are unilaterally cancelling some orders with no account because they are now realizing that they oversold their original apportioning but are afraid to say so . Now the only mode I can get it is to go back on to the site and re - order , putting myself at the back of the job for legal transfer sometime in July .

All was choke well , until this evening when I got three emails from Apple ( I only ordered one headphone , why three emails ? ) tell that my iphone club had been cancel .
Why did I stay up all Nox on the east coast this preceding Tuesday night … . I had a complete order at 4:20am … . 4:20am ! ! ! ! ! ! Words ca n’t even state how disappointed and annoyed I am . I even check my bank answer for the next day and saw that I was charged for the leverage . After receiving this cancelation e-mail , I condition my chronicle and sure enough the charge has disappeared .
WHAT AM I TO DO ? HOW IS THIS FAIR ? WHERE IS THE RECOURSE FOR mass LIKE MYSELF ?
Update 2 : A reader claiming to be an AT&T rep say that the cancellations are just of redundant pre - rules of order , and no one ’s actually out a new iPhone . That vocalize plausible , but what then of the people who see their sole gild position as cancelled ?
The preorders were n’t cancelled . the people who obtain the emails received them because they impinge on the submit push too many time . I work for AT&T and that ’s what fall out . I ’m a cust overhaul rep and learned of the emails two days ago and directly rent a manager and contacted Apple . Apple stated the cust I was work with had 3 preorders and the cust stated they receive to strike down preorders . So that ’s the proceeds . No one ’s preorder was really cancelled unless you hit accede more than once .
