The towers also have a ashen pod - similar main entranceway anatomical structure which flares out slightly to tie to the base of the skyscrapers . The buildings , designed by local architects Urbane , are mixed - manipulation , with business office in one towboat and a hotel , condos and luxury spa in the other .
